• The Bread and the Brioche from La Fornada. Made with sourdough, they are based on organic, stone-ground native grains and are certified by Nature et Progrès.
• The Jams from Les Fées Confiots are certified by Nature et Progrès.
• The Coffee is 100% organic Arabica from Nicaragua.
• The Fruit Salad features local and seasonal fruit, freshly cut that morning.
• Squeezed Citrus Juice
• Organic Greek Yogurt
• Butter Organic Churned Bread
