Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park

From Corbières to the Mediterranean, one word could sum up the landscapes of Narbonnaise: contrast. Striking contrast of reliefs, breaks between dry and wet landscapes, continuities between fresh water, brackish water and salt water, alternation between desert expanses, cultivated areas and the coast. A mosaic territory occupied by men since prehistoric times, as evidenced by the monumental or modest traces they have bequeathed to us.
