Rich in professional experience, Mathieu chef likes to prepare tasty and refined dishes, combining traditional and modern cuisine. He knows how to enhance his cuisine with an international touch learned during several trips to Asia, Italy, Spain and Denmark. He and Chloé work mainly with local producers to highlight local products (Languedoc Roussillon) and adapt to the seasons with a small menu that is updated every month.
